Ngaro / Perl5 & Lua 5.3

I write 2 "complete" implementations of the Ngaro VM,

Both are written in an OO, idiomatic and efficient style.
retro.pl works with Perl 5.10 or higher, and uses only core modules (no external dependency).

retro.lua works only with Lua 5.3 (not compatible with Lua 5.1, 5.2 or LuaJIT).
retro.lua still have a failure with a `slurp` test (in files.rx).
