Didn't have a chance to have someone else log in to my account, but completely wiping Spotify off my phone and reinstalling it seemed to do the trick. I'll reply again if the problem comes back after finishing the download of the playlist
Extremely frustrating. I am ready to cancel my subscription. I Clicked on Enhanced in my Liked Songs. Now I can't get rid of it. Is this now a Forced Feature on me. The problem is that when I am online I cannot access the List of Liked songs. For example when I am flying and that is when I do most of the listening. Is there another way besides deleting my whole list and re downloading. Don't force a feature on us. I think most people see through the Real reason of not allowing us to Delete Enhanced. Please help.
I did want to add my two cents into this a year later. If this is occuring to you and the fix in this post isnt working for you, there is a new Shuffle mode. You can now Shuffle your Likes normally or theres a new mode called Smart Shuffle that essentially shuffles and "enhances" your playlists. Tap Shuffle icon once for normal shuffle, tap again for enhanced shuffle (see pictures attached to see how each mode looks).
It took me FOREVER to figure this out and its hard to tell which mode is on. Reading this post somehow helped me even though, the solution was different.
I listen as background music while I'm working so I kind of didn't notice this until recently. I thought I was going crazy when I noticed that when listening to my Playlists on shuffle it seemed like I was hearing the same songs over and over. In one of them I have 467 songs, over 5+ hours, so no way I should be hearing the same songs. I actually scrolled through the page you go to when you click Shuffle and realized that there are only like 50 songs on that page.
I just added some songs to my playlist yesterday but now I can't add anything. I can only add songs to my "liked songs" playlist but its just the ones that I liked, I wanna add to a special and diffrent playlist. İs there a limit or something? I currently have 390 songs on there
I have removed the "liked" status of many longs that are in my liked songs playlist. I do this by unchecking the heart status that is highlighted as "liked". I've been removing many for awhile while listening to my "Liked songs" playlist from my library. On the screen it will pop up and say "Removed from Liked Songs but I still get a lot of previous songs that were "unhearted" still playing in the Liked playlist. The songs heart is not highlighted so it's not liked anymore but still plays when I use the liked songs playlist. I've got so many I unchecked the "like" status mostly because I was tired of hearing them but they continue to be in my liked playlist. Frustrating and why doesn't remove them like the pop-up says it does?
On another note, if this doesn't do the trick, can you share with us the link to the song(s) you removed from your Liked Songs playlists and that you still notice in it? You can follow the steps in this article to do it.
There's nothing worse then when you're trying to host a party and the tunes are sub-par. When you've got your outfits on and the drinks flowin', what you need is a proper, curated party playlist that covers all the bases. Well, look no further. Party songs come in all shapes and sizes, but there are some rules: they have to be bangers, and they have to make you want to dance.
Don't worry. Organize Your Music will never modify any of the songs in your saved music or playlists. It will only save new playlists for you, and only when you explictly click on the save button. The Track Properties Organize Your Music can help you slice and dice your music collection by a wide range of properties:
Same thing happened here. I've been using the S1 app for yrs and in the last 2 months my 200 song playlist just shrunk to 100. The weird thing is when I hit shuffle in the S1 app all my songs play... I just can't purposely pick the songs I cannot see.
This is a large playlist, and another large playlist in my library has the same problem. From Google searching, I've seen reports from about 2 years ago of the same issue, though it appears that it was resolved back then.
This playlist worked fine up until very recently, and its been well over 999 songs for a long time. I'll guess that either something has changed on the YTM API side, or the approach Sonos is using to workaround that limit (perhaps fetching only 999 songs from large playlists) is no longer working.
Same. Can't browse YouTube Music songs list nor Your Likes playlist. Both have had 999+ songs for years. First occurred 2 years ago, disappeared after 1 week, worked seemingly fine until last weekend, reoccurred now. Thank you @Deato for the workaround, works for me.
"Shift+click" doesn't work for me. I asked in the YouTube Community and someone confirmed this isn't supported. Sonos now lists a new YouTube Music playlist option, but it only shuffles 500 songs. I gave up and started using iBroadcast instead. It shuffles all songs (without ads).
It seems like the "My Likes" playlist in the S2 app on Android is showing the message "Unable to browse music." This issue may be related to the 999 song limit in the YTM API, even though the playlist has exceeded this limit for some time. It could be a change on the YTM API side or a Sonos workaround no longer functioning correctly. While Sonos may suggest reaching out to YTM, it's worth having Sonos engineers investigate their side to be certain.
Now that you have your playlist ready, you can focus on making sure you have extra water and snacks, a first aid kit and other emergency travel items you may need. You can find a full list of suggested items and safety tips on our Road Trip Safety page.
The current iteration of MeloGenAI includes a single endpoint that uses the YouTube Data API to create a playlist based on a provided title, list of songs, and privacy setting. This is the description I have for description_for_model:
Sometimes ChatGPT starts the playlist generation process without informing the user of what songs it plans to add to the playlist or asking for their consent. Do you think this still complies with the YouTube API developer policies? For example:
For months I've struggled to develop morning wakeup routines to play my music playlists (classical music). Nothing worked. Nobody at the Google help desk had any answers of even a setup similar to mine to try a test themselves. None had ever thought to do this themselves. Their answer was to delete all routines, uninstall and reinstall and start over.
BTW. The Youtube music "shuffle" process is broken. Many songs in a playlist are never played. Also, no one can tell me how shuffle is supposed to work. It's not just a matter of playing songs randomly. A good shuffle routine IMO has 2 features
Change the playback order of your Amazon Music for PC and Mac and Amazon Music for Web Playlists: Go to My Playlists in the Amazon Music menu. Select the Playlist to edit. Drag and drop the songs in the desired order.
To sort your Amazon Music for iOS/Android app Playlists and change the playback order: Select Library. Select the Playlist to edit. Open the More Options menu next to a song or album. Select Edit. Select and hold the three horizontal lines next to the song title. Drag and drop the songs in the desired order. Select Done. Note: To ensure your Playlists sync across devices, make sure to manage them while selecting "Online Music" under Library. Changes made under "Offline Music" won't carry over.
