Weare trying so hard to contact you, but seem to not be doing so good or missing something. We deeply deeply wish to know the price of the Vulcan II 3D Printer and can we use it in the Philippines to build housing for the needy? Philippines is hot muggy and lots and lots of typhoons. Presently we are in northern Cebu, Phillipinnes

Contact Dr. Ben Carson HUD Their Section 8 voucher program is a waist of money when they could use your printer to build homes for Americas Poor

What they pay out for 1 person for 2 years could pay for one of your homes Give the home to that poor person and they would be off Section 8 for the rest of their lives.

Section 8 does nothing to end poverty It does keep them in poverty and lines the Pockets of the Land Lords.

There is no excuse for them not Buying and using your Machines to start building afordable housing for the poor in the USA They should just give away the houses and save Billions if not Trillions in Section 8 go nowhere Rent Money. This will end homelessness.

We`re developing a new project which is not referred to our main focus of activity. We would like to discuss and get your consultation regarding this. Could we arrange a 15 minutes call to discuss further?

Three-dimensional-printed houses are structures that are built layer by layer using an industrial-grade, 3D-printing technology. This method of additive manufacturing is also known as construction 3D printing.

Three-dimensional-printed houses are life-size dwellings that use 3D printing as its primary means of construction. With minimal human oversight, these highly customizable structures can be built on-site or off-site within a matter of hours at a fraction of the cost.

Typically, 3D-printed houses feature free-form, curvilinear shapes made out of a cement mix. Projects span from inhabitable beta prototypes under study to move-in-ready affordable housing and even high-end luxury homes.

Much like your desk-side inkjet printer, the mixture is then heated during a thermal extraction process. The paste squeezes through a nozzle, bringing the digital rendering into physical form. Before the next layer is applied, the mixture is solidified by a concrete dryer. This process repeats until all uploaded building elements are complete.

Of course, this number will vary from project to project, and face further price contingencies based on the hired companies and materials used (let alone geographic location, size, amenities, design complexity, and so on).

The University of Maine Advanced Structures and Composites Center is 3D-printing housing structures exclusively from bio-resins and wood fibers to combat labor shortages and widen access to affordable housing. The demo project, known as BioHome3D, begins with a 600-square-foot prototype that features a fully 3D-printed floor and roof. As a whole, the one-bedroom, one-bathroom building is 100-percent recyclable, made up entirely of biodegradable materials, including wood flour. As a prototype, BioHome3D is equipped with monitoring sensors, measuring thermal, environmental and structural elements, to gather resilience-based data to better inform future designs.

Some real estate marketplaces like Zillow, or some homeownership assistance programs like Habitat for Humanity, can sell 3D-printed houses. Companies building 3D-printed houses may also list them for sale directly.

Are you looking to add or update your office equipment with a new printer, copier, or multifunction device but are unsure about the price? In this article, we discuss desktop printers or A4 printers and the costs of commercial and multifunction printers, and the factors influencing the price. Above price, finding the right business printer for your business is the most important factor. An Office printer is an investment and will be higher priced than your at-home printer.

Does it make more sense to buy a monochrome (black and white) printer, or do you need to print in color? Which types of documents do your office primarily print? It will cost more to maintain color printers.

It would be best to consider how much printing your office does. Depending on the print output or printing speed, the cost of the printer will increase. Purchasing more than one printer may be necessary based on your volume.

Printing costs can also be associated with managed print services. A managed print provider can maintain high print volumes in offices with many printers in their fleet. Managed print services include device maintenance, supplies management, remote management, and diagnostics. Does your office currently have an IT staff member that can maintain and help with your office printer? If not, MPS is a great option to ensure your office staff is not inundated with printer errors. Managed Print services can also keep your office printer costs down in the long run.

Most business class desktop printers offer a few finishing options. A wide range of costs are associated with desktop printer finishers. $300 is the average cost of an office-class stapler.

Consider these options which can add to the cost of a printer:

The cost of an inkjet printer may be lower in the short run, but in the long run, a laser printer will be more cost-effective due to the number of pages printed and the refill cartridge size. Toner cartridges for laser printers last longer, and you get more pages from one cartridge. In contrast, inkjet printers have smaller ink cartridges and require more frequent replacement.

Having the right printer for your business dramatically influences its cost. As your office printer becomes more functional, the price will increase. The type of printer you purchase is the most significant cost factor in an effective print strategy.

Businesses rely on printing services that minimize disruptions and downtime. Our focus is primarily on office printers with fast printing speeds, multifunction features, and robust security and scanning features, ensuring you can complete various tasks quickly and...

Marzena ..... Thank you for this explanation. I did read however that it seems that I can exempt certain dates from Smart Pricing (SP). Do you know how this is done or maybe can direct me to a link that explains this. Thank you

hilight the dates you want to chance the price on in the calendar (drag the cusor across all days you want to change the price). click the 'x' of the smart pricing field on the right side of the screen. you can now change your price there, click save, and the adjusted price appear on the calendar for th days you specifically chose only

I believe this icon means that you have smart pricing turned on, but for the dates showing the icon you have overridden the 'smart price'. If you select a date with the icon, you can see on the panel that the smart pricing button is greyed out.

It's strange that Airbnb can't do something as simple as create a little guide to these icons on the calendar. The Airbnb platform is always disappointing in one way or another. You would think a company as big as Airbnb would be better organized.

I think it's more a problem of the culture of the tech teams. They get so embroiled in their own world, (dare I suggest they become somewhat like doctors, thinking they are Gods), they lose sight of the client, customer and users. I see this at a few other creative platforms I use, and they make "upgrades" that baffle us. Often the bold employees will subdue the quiet ones (who have great ideas), ....anyway, it's a hotbed of egos and talent that is challenging to control, or understand.

I've got a long list of office related expenses - but, I often unsure where or how to categorize everything when entering into TurboTax. Maybe it doesn't matter that much? I don't really know. For, starters, I seem to be having trouble categorizing a printer, a few cables for monitors, a computer mouse - and similar. I'm looking at the Business tab in Turbotax in the Business Income and Expenses area - where you enter your expenses for deduction. Maybe the printer should be in the assets area? I bought a couple of monitors for work - I guess those go into the asset area.

I began placing the printer as an asset - but Turbo Tax recommended to put that expense elsewhere because the price was so low. I think I stuck the $100 printer in Miscellaneous Expenses. The other stuff that was more expensive were stuck in the assets area (I bought a pair of Monitors for around $1200) .
