Duration: Long Term (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee our .NET and ASP.NET MVC development projects while guiding our transition to cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET frameworks, ASP.NET web development, and cloud computing platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying .NET and ASP.NET applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications.

Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in .NET development and cloud computing.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in .NET development, with expertise in ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).

Previous experience in a technical leadership role.

Previous experience working with Cloud.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
