Role: Performance Lead/Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Required 12+ years of Lead or architect profiles 

Experience in Guidewire on prem and cloud.

Job Responsibilities:

Define and evangelize cloud-related optimizations and best practices to improve performance and reliability.

Assist with production triage when performance or availability issues arise.

Perform system performance and functional analysis of new advanced architectures in comparison with existing paradigms.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to optimize and characterize new components, functions, and architectures.

Construct or modify component models and create approximately timed models to analyze performance results and provide architecture guidance.

Work with other program teams to leverage technologies across the portfolio.

Communicate strategy and technology roadmaps to executive staff, industry partners, and customers.

Manage status reports and schedule deliverables for both support projects.

Required Skills:

Experience Guidewire on prem and cloud.

JMeter experience.
