Job Description:

About the Engagement: 
The engagement envisioned requires to 
- Design and develop a series of high-performance enterprise grade backend Services
- Demonstrate technical excellence in the backend engineering  
- Design and Architect solutions in a highly collaborative environment with multiple teams involved 
  
About the Role: 
This individual will lead the entire serverside architecture with client. We will rely on this individual to  
- Demonstrate technical leadership 
- Be able to add value with out of the box thinking and thought leadership 
              > Analyze and break down problems and objectives to logical building blocks and be able to drive
the team towards identifying effective solutions 
              > Demonstrate experience and expertise in architecting mission critical innovation projects
/ products  
              > Exposure to modern technology trends (Cloud Platforms, Cloud Native Development, Modern
App Development etc.) 
  
Roles & Responsibilities 
 Lead design and development of highly scalable, distributed services running mass data transfer
jobs
 Provide architectural/technical guidance to a hybrid team structure between onshore
and offshore 
 Interface with key client stakeholders to lead the design and architectural sessions 
  
Experience 
 Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong hands-on experience in designing & developing distributed, scalable, robust enterprise
services using Java, NodeJS and Rest APIs
 Should have worked on enterprise projects involving mass data transfer jobs, message queues,
heavy I/O operations  
 Should have strong experience in leveraging Redis cache as an in-memory data store
 Should have good experience in Relational Databases like (SQL Server)
 Should have strong experience of Linux and shell scripting
 Should have good experience in version control
 Should know multithreading, parallel processing, memory management, encryption concepts
 Knowledge of Storage Systems would be an added advantage
 Experience in open-source data transfer tools like Rclone would be an added advantage
 Exposure of Cloud Native Application Development and Cloud Platform Capabilities would be an
added advantage
 Experience of working with multiple teams and responsible for large scale suite of solutions /
platform development 
 Must have experience of working in agile projects 
 Responsible for Design and Architecture, POC and technical assistance to the delivery team 
 Worked in hybrid environments with offshore teams
