Job Description:
• Strong experience designing and building highly resilient Microservices using Microsoft .Net Core and C#; Azure services like API Management, Key vault, App Insight, Azure Monitor
• C#, .NET core
• Extensive Azure experience. Not just general cloud, but a truly dedicated resource to all of the cloud tools (Azure Key Vault, App Insight, Monitor, etc)
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Hands on experience building and deploying containerized services (Docker) using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Strong database fundamentals using MS SQL Server or Azure SQL and No-SQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB
• Ability to mentor/lead teams as a player-coach
Prior Experience as a C#/.Net Developer, Azure Platform, Microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education
• 10+ years of experience in application program development.
• Should drive and take decisions
• Experience with Insurance/Re-Insurance
• HTML5, Angular, Knockout, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS
• Web API, JSON, XML, REST • T-SQL, SQL Server Service, ETL, Database Modeling, Design Patterns
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, SCRUM framework, SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Emerging technologies experience like Azure, Python, R is a plus.
• Previous work experience with an insurance/re-insurance/financial services company is a plus.
• Mathematics and Statistics background is a plus.
• Must have a strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of the user experience.
• Ability to work constructively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Good verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
