Position :  Informatica Administrator

Work Location: Franklin, TN (Remote till Covid)

 

Description:

• 8+ years industry experience.

• Extensive experience in Informatica, Oracle and Linux.
• Install, configure, and administer the Informatica platform for maximum utilization and throughput.
• Managing the 24/7 PROD environment with High Availability and GRID setup
• Perform Informatica Power Center 9.x System Administration including Team Based Development administration.
• Experience in migrating power center versions of 9.x to 10.x.
• Experience with setting up access roles and privileges, code page setups, appropriate ETL migration activities and scheduling jobs using Tidal
• Liaise with Systems Administrators, UNIX, Network and DBAs, scheduling and implementing software patches and upgrades
• Experience in automation of monitoring Informatica environments using UNIX, pmrep, pmcmd and other Informatica command line language
• Support production jobs with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues
• Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
• Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements.
