Responsibilities
· Communicate and document technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders.
· Work with project managers and/or clients to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines.
· Interact directly with customers to review requirements, manage project delivery and obtain deliverable feedback.
· Design and implement data structure, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed.
· Manage source control repository and review code to ensure quality development.
· Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).
· Manage local and offshore development teams to ensure successful delivery of technical aspects of complex engagements.
· Mentor and lead less experienced technical team members to enable their growth and success.
· Support team in designing and implementing integrations
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of Salesforce application development experience
· 4+ years of architecture experience across various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Community and Platform clouds etc.)
· 4+ years of experience using Agile development methods and practices
· 4+ years of experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis and code quality metrics
· Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Relational Databases and JavaScript
· Experience with Mulesoft and designing integration
· Demonstrated ability to bring innovative and cost-effective business solutions from inception through launch and ongoing maintenance
· A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining keen focus
· Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
· Experience with data migrations and integrations
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
· Strong technical writing skills and the ability to take the lead role in developing comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, solution design documents, use cases, and test plans

The Senior Salesforce Developer will perform full-cycle software development tasks in an Agile Software Development environment. The individual in this position will be responsible for configure/build/customize Salesforce Community Cloud.
Responsibilities:
· Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
· Customize/build Salesforce Community Cloud applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practices
· Actively participate/lead walk-throughs/demos and reviews with team (as needed)
· Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
· Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects
Skill Requirements:
· 3+ years of Salesforce Community Cloud development experience
· Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure
· Advanced experience with APEX, VisualForce, Process Automation, Triggers, Data Modeling and Management, API development, and External Service Integration.
· Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
· Experience migrating data from source to Salesforce using Dataloader and advanced SOQL
· Understanding of Salesforce security models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
· Experience developing for Salesforce Communities, Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components and hands-on experience on LWC
· Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, etc.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
· Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform
· Working knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc.
