Role Description:
These resources would be expected to assume responsibilities supporting:
Infrastructure operations support
Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting
Vulnerability remediation and security compliance
Operating system patch deployment and validation
Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services
Virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery operations
Execution of maintenance and change activities
Operational documentation and runbook maintenance
Collaboration with engineering, application, and security teams on complex
infrastructure issues
