· Strong skills writing SQL queries in RDBMS like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or other industry leading Databases.

· Strong skills creating reports and dashboards using Business Objects, MicroStrategy or other reporting tools.

· Strong skills in BOBJ Web Intelligence development and SAP Lumira designer.

· Strong in Universe development in IDT tool

· Ability to document client meetings details in to BI requirements and identify illegitimate requirements and provide reasons for the same.

· Exposure to Kimball dimensional data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.

· Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with a wide range of audiences and maintain interpersonal relationships.

· Ability to work within time constraints and manage multiple tasks against critical deadlines.

· Ability to perform basic problem solving and apply critical thinking, deductive reason and inductive reasoning to identify solutions.

· Ability to adapt to change in needs from the projects perspective

· Exposure to IBCS
