Position               : IBM WCS Developer

Location              : Washington

Duration             : 12+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

WCS Developer :

 

•             Strong Design and implementation experience in IBM WebSphere Commerce (HCL Commerce )

•             Strong understanding of Websphere commerce application architecture and able to provide right design decisions

•             Experience in Integrating, designing and developing custom solutions within Websphere Commerce

•             Ideally has executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation

•             Hands-on experience with utilizing various sub systems of Websphere Commerce Server (Catalog, Order)

•             Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (Instore & Ship-To)

•             Experience integrating with web based technologies such as Angular 2+, Springboot, Typescript/Javascript

•             Experience with Agile Framework

•             3-4 years experience in REST API development

•             Visual Studio, C#, .NET

•             Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and ability to drive results through positive influence

•             Have experience managing and developing resilient, highly-available systems.

•             Have experience identifying and solutioning performance bottlenecks

•             Work with a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, sales, and support analysts daily

•             Experience working Jira, Gitlab, AppDynamics, and Splunk

•             Work closely with testers to spot bugs in programming code and fix any resulting issues.

•             Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

•             Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading

•             Familiarity with user-centered analysis

•             Ability to translate high technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying technical levels.

•             Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentation
