Position: Sr AWS Consultant with AMAZON Connect Experience
Location: Dallas, TX - (Onsite from Day 1 - Need Only Locals)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Mode on Interview: 1 teams call, 1 Face to Face interview must

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Amazon Connect for voice and chat-based customer interactions.
• Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Python/Node.js.
• Use/implementation of AWS BedRock in Connect.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems and third-party APIs.
• Develop and manage contact flows, Transfer Queues, Lex bots, and Lambda integrations within Amazon Connect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions.
