Mandatory Skills - Jira, Confluence, Visio, Sql Queries, Health Insurance experience

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
 
 ·      Works with business partners/product owners to identify and implement multiple complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes.
·      Manages large systems and/or products.
·      Collaborates and stays engaged with the delivery team.
·      Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.
·      Own/support all business queries from team and share clarification in a timely manner
·      Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.
·      Keeps external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities.
·      Develops requirements documents
·      Defines critical success factors
 
 Skillset Requirements:
·      4 years of experience in Agile technology delivery and tools
·      Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
·      Must have knowledge in SQL, JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
·      Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
·      5 or more years of Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
·      2 or more years of experience in a Scrum environment, preferably in SAFe, Kanban or financial services industry
·      SA (SAFe Agilist), PO (Product Owner) certifications
·      Preferred experience within large sized Agile implementations (e.g. 7 or more teams)
·      Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices and capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge
·      Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
·      Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting and time management skills
·      Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes
·      Preferred Tools include: MS Project, Rally.
·      Health Insurance Experience preferred
