Role: Network Engineer – VOIP

Location : MA

Duration: Long Term

Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Center, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN or Network Security technologies

• Experience in voice network architecture design and implementation

• VoIP experience with SIP protocols, network routing protocols, VOIP debugging skills, Unix Administration

• Experience with Network Switching Protocols and Network Management Protocols

• Experience with voice systems such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Webex

• Experience in troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues

• Experience with Ansible scripting and automation

• Experience with Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA)

• Good communication skill required

Preferred skills:

• Understanding of design and maintenance of wireless (cisco or any other vendor) solutions

• Experience with scripting languages/toolchain automation products such as python, ansible, terraform etc…

• Familiarity within a Continuous Delivery business model

• Contribute to process improvements including researching and introducing new automation tools

• Guide implementation of best practices for network design

• Budgeting and costing for enterprise network service delivery

• Work with other teams to meet a common goals

• Build solutions based on requirements

• Ability to multi-task across projects

• Track project tasks provide status updates and ensure tasks completed

• Good technical writing skills
