Position: Pharma R&D IT Service Delivery Manager 

Location: NJ 

Duration-Long Duration

·  15+ years of experience in Service Delivery Manager with strong background in emerging technologies 

·  Must have solid end-to-end Pharma R&D domain experience 

·  Must be a Thought Leader with Digital Transformation experience, managing global delivery with onsite/offshore models 

·  Assertive and good communication, and should be able to take decisions 

·  Must have strong customer advocacy
Should be able to manage internal stakeholder management/sr management reviews 

·  Maintain relationships and business development 

·  Good understanding of drug development lifecycle 

·  Knowledge of two or more areas of the following business areas 

·  A clear understanding of all the IT Systems (Applications) that support the drug development process 

·  Hands-on support, development, or implementation experience is nice to have 

·  Substantial Project and Program management skills are a must-have 

·  Experience in working with Onsite/ Offshore delivery models 

·  Experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously 

·  Good understanding of SDLC and GxP Processes 

·  Tracking existing project status and funding.  

·  Providing project metrics and managing KPIs according to required account management reporting.  Performing internal quality reviews.  

·  Mitigating project concerns.  

·  Providing technical expertise to members of the team
