Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Architect to design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data architecture, ETL development, and data migration projects. Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect data integration solutions using SAP BODS.
  • Lead ETL design, development, and optimization for large-scale data integration and migration projects.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data mapping, and transformation logic.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources such as SAP, databases, flat files, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data quality, data governance, and best practices in data management.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimization of BODS jobs and workflows.
  • Support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment phases

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Integration / ETL Development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
  • Strong expertise in ETL architecture, data modeling, and data transformation.
  • Experience working with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience in data migration and system integration projects.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
