- 5+ years of hands-on Jira Administration
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions
- Experience with Jira automation & scripting
- Familiarity with Groovy, JavaScript, or Python (plus)
- Basic understanding of Confluence integration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Technical Skills
Hands‑on experience with Jira administration (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permission management, and configurations.
Experience in Jira automation (Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar).
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
Basic understanding of Confluence integration is preferred.
