    • Knowledge on Integrating B2B Service with Oracle Field Service
  2. Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
  3. Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
  4. Should have knowledge on Data Migration.
  5. Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production calls.
  6. Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)
    Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
  7. Knowledge of other CX products like CX Sales Cloud and B2C Service (RightNow) is an advantage.
  8. Mandatory knowledge on Redwood UX using visual builder studio
