Role : Lead Business System Analyst - FHIR (12-15 years)

 

Location:  Onsite - US, Preferably Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

 

Rate   60 on c2c

We have a requirement for a Lead Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in HL7 FHIR who can lead the end-to-end data mapping for the CMS interoperability mandate. Please see the detailed JD below - 

 

• 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR resources, profiles, and extensions
• Proven experience leading end-to-end data mapping for CMS interoperability mandates (e.g., Patient Access, Provider Directory, Payer-to-Payer)
• Strong understanding of multiple FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g., US Core, Da Vinci IGs)
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into FHIR-based data models and APIs
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CDA, X12) and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with FHIR servers, APIs, and data transformation tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
• Experience in payer/provider data ecosystems and interoperability frameworks preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is a plus
