We are looking for an Application Support Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and maintain Wealth Management investment management platforms. This role focuses on production stability, incident management, troubleshooting, and DevOps automation for large-scale cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications
• Manage incident management, problem resolution, and post-mortems
• Troubleshoot application issues across Java, Angular, Unix, and DB2 environments
• Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability using DevOps practices
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and capacity
• Work with development teams to improve application reliability and resiliency
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Use observability tools to monitor systems and analyze production issues

Required Skills

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Production Support experience
• Java, Spring, Angular
• SQL / DB2
• Unix / Linux and Shell Scripting
• Scheduler tools: TWS, Autosys, Control-M, or CRON
• Observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
• CI/CD & DevOps practices
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and incident management experience
• Experience supporting large-scale cloud-based applications

Preferred

• Agile environment experience
• Grafana/Kibana dashboarding
• Knowledge of brokerage / wealth management domain
