We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps engineer with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraforms for Infrastructure as code. This role involves building, automating and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, supporting platform operations, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust cloud solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and provision GCP infrastructure using Terraforms.
• Implement automation, guardrails, and follow cloud policies for GCP environments.
• Develop and manager CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Provide support for platform issues and business escalations.
• Work with various GCP data products including Cloud SQL, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.

 

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Engineering.
• Deep understanding of networking and service communication.
• Deep expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and experience in deploying GCP services such as BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Exposure in the release process and ability to follow throughout the lifecycle of the service enablement.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and policy implementations.
• Experience with other GCP data services is a plus.
