Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BPM workflows and process automation solutions.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and BPM platforms.
• Implement and customize business processes using tools like Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, or Appian.
• Integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, test, and optimize BPM processes and Java applications.
• Maintain technical documentation for BPM workflows and integrations.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of BPM applications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework.
• Experience with BPM platforms (Camunda / IBM BPM / Appian / Pega / jBPM).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of BPMN 2.0, process modeling, and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of system integration and enterprise architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
