Role : Lead Business System Analyst - FHIR (12-15 years)
Location: Onsite - US, Preferably Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

We have a requirement for a Lead Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in HL7 FHIR who can lead the end-to-end data mapping for the CMS interoperability mandate. Please see the detailed JD below -
- 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
- Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR resources, profiles, and extensions
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data mapping for CMS interoperability mandates (e.g., Patient Access, Provider Directory, Payer-to-Payer)
- Strong understanding of multiple FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g., US Core, Da Vinci IGs)
- Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into FHIR-based data models and APIs
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CDA, X12) and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with FHIR servers, APIs, and data transformation tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Experience in payer/provider data ecosystems and interoperability frameworks preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is a plus
