RKObjectPaginator in Development (0.20) branch

Hey Blake,

I was wondering if there is an idiomatic way to handle pagination of result sets in the new development branch? I noticed that RKObjectPagintor has effectively been removed.

I have restored the paginator functionality and overhauled the design to match the new block based approach. Check it out: http://restkit.org/api/0.20.0/Classes/RKPaginator.html

Available with 0.20.0-pre1. There is an outstanding issue that makes it incompatible with iOS 5 at the moment, but I will push a fix for this to development shortly and it will be in the next pre-release.
