Bunyan logger bug in current restify versions

Hello all,

There is a chance, if you are using Bunyan 0.18.3 or 0.19.0 *and setting custom Bunyan serializers* (see https://github.com/trentm/node-bunyan#serializers) that you will hit the issue described here:

I'm emailing this group because restify versions 2.3.2, 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 include a bunyan version with this bug. However, again, your code can only be affected if you are setting custom serializers. If you don't know what those are, then you are good.

I've created a restify fork that has a temporary fix:

until Mark can pull:
    https://github.com/mcavage/node-restify/pull/348

That'll be a while because Mark is swimming with the fishes...
