Logging incoming request as/is with restify

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find out how to log precise incoming data as/is with restify? So i would want something like below rather than request object json to be logged. Is it possible? (sorry for this basic question, as google keywords for this seem to be too common and generic to reveal anything).
