Relations, cache and content negotation support

Hello everyone,

I am glad to let you know that Restfulie 1.0.0-beta2 is out and can be
downloaded at:
http://code.google.com/p/restfulie/downloads/list

Since its previous release, a lot of new features have been
implemented, matching some of the ones implemented in its Rails
version:
http://restfulie.caelum.com.br/restfulie_features

The most amazing ones: supporting server side cache features and
content negotiation. Restfulie has also created a new API for
relations (instead of transitions), while still accepting transitions
to be defined, we encourage users to avoid it.

As from this release, Restfulie server side is contained within
VRaptor's source code, therefore all you need is the latest version
from VRaptor (that can be downloaded from github):
http://www.vraptor.org
