Hello guys,

Just a small note on what has changed so far in the API: its clearer
that transitions is a sub set of relations therefore both are
acessible in the server side, while the client api could be updated to
just relate to accessing relations (an state is related to another
one, a resource to others)

The server side implementation (vraptor based) was moved to vraptor's codebase.
