RestFB vs facebook-java-business-sdk

I've just stumbled across RestFB and I'm wondering if it offers features not offered in facebook-java-business-sdk.  It's not clear to me if RestFB is a wrapper to facebook-java-business-sdk, or is a totally unrelated product that aims to accomplish the same things.   The facebook-java-business-sdk doesn't seem to be very well maintained at this point.  Can anyone explain the differences?  Thanks in advance.
