Restcomm USSD gateway installation guide

Does anyone have a set of installation steps for the ussd gateway?

Restcomm have given me this link: https://www.restcomm.com/docs/core/ussd/USSD_Gateway_Installation_Guide.html which apparently relates to the code found here: https://github.com/RestComm/ussdgateway/releases, however the archive contents bear no resemblance to the folder structure listed on the site and misses quite a lot of information for the admin guide I've also been pointed to.

Hi Russel,

you can open the build.xml file and execute manually instructions.

Or you share a link to a server i upload an [not so] old binary.

Which version did you run to install ussd gateway ?

     [exec] HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found

is broken :(
