Restcomm-JBoss-AS7-8.4.0-227 Help for Flow

Hi guys,

I need clarification on 2 point:

1/ I have created an RVD app and attached it to a specific number (1111) in restcomm. When Aparty register through restcomm with a sip client a dial 1111, he is able to listen the RVD app and it works! But how can this work ? if Aparty do not register through restcomm, meaning Aparty only send INVITE packet. can someone pls explain

2/ I have created an RVD app that have an audio wav file playing, is it possible to make a outbound calls to specific numbers from restcomm, and use the created RVD once they pick up the call ?
