Detailed information about the new feature request
DIDs are sourced from different providers or may be served by distributed
gateways

1. What motivated the request:
Need to know where a DID comes from when having large installations and
looking for bugs

2. Link to related public forum or mailing list discussion:
n/a

3. Describe functionality and API (if applicable)
Include a URI / URL in the dataset for a DID that can link to an external
system like a WIKI, DID management solution etc.
