New issue 187 by rs.socra...@gmail.com: Dial Verb problem
http://code.google.com/p/restcomm/issues/detail?id=187

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a SIP account te...@127.0.0.1 and de...@127.0.0.1
2.Create a number 1234 with the xml that contains the RCML write
<Dial>1-222-333-444</Dial>
or
<Dial><Uri>sip:de...@127.0.0.1:5080</Uri></Dial>
3. Call from te...@127.0.0.1 to 1234

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We would expect the call would "redirect" to de...@127.0.0.1, instead we
receive the following output:
2013-06-21 17:21:25,306 WARN
[org.mobicents.servlet.sip.restcomm.interpreter.RcmlInterpreter]
(pool-27-thread-2) org.mobicents.servlet.sip.restcomm.xml.VisitorException:
org.mobicents.servlet.sip.restcomm.interpreter.TagStrategyException: Error
type: NOT_A_NUMBER. The string supplied did not seem to be a phone number.

and then, the account "1234" sends a BYE sip-message to test

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The last stable build #521 and also getting the same error in 1.0.0.FINAL

Please provide any additional information below.
