I'm suggesting that Bootstrap be used as the underlying CSS theme for the
admin portal. This will accomplish two things:

1) Make it easier for outsiders to dive into the templates and add
functionality/make changes that will conform to broad style guides.
2) Make it much easier for vendors to brand/theme the interface.

Websites based on Bootstrap are themed very easily since they follow css
class patterns required by bootstrap. Adding Bootstrap to the interface
Thomas has already begun would be trivial.
