Detailed information about the new feature request
System should be capable of sorting/grouping DIDs by country / maybe even
city internationally

Global operations outside of US and Canada require the management of
international DIDs

This will be finished as part of the Telscale release with support for VoIP
Innovations and Voxbone initially.
