RestComm has gone a series of design changes over it's lifetime that has
made the platform optimal for being architected as a message passing
platform. To implement this architecture the framework of choice will be
Akka. This work will be completed over two Telscale iterations and ported
to the community edition after we have had time to test the new code
internally and via our partners.
