Availability of non-Maven distribution

Hey,

I understand that BinTray went away so where the distribution was hosted before no longer works.  Is there the possibility of getting a distribution hosted somewhere else?  

I work in an environment where we can't use Maven to download the dependencies so if I have one bundled zip it works way better than trying to find every transitive dependency through mvnrepository.
