Crash after migration

I was able to migrate the DB to the new computer, but after I updated the network share locations on a client computer I get a crash at startup of Ledger. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

When the crash occurs does the program immediately vanish or does it display an error message?

For me the default debugger pops up.

another piece of info . . . when I start ledger as admin, I get the following error message.

I double checked that my BDE configuration in the control panel is pointing to the correct place. I have no idea where "C:\Program files\..." is coming from.

It looks like the debugger may be pre-empting something expected that the program will handle.
Is there an option in your debugger to continue running the program normally instead of closing it?
