I have been using the Ledger program for several years. I have previously moved the files from one PC (Windows XP) to another PC (Windows 7) and had no issues in continuing to use the program.

However, I recently got a new PC (Windows 8) and I moved the files as I had before. However, I can no longer run the program. Each time I get this error (see attached file).

Please let me know what I need to do to get this fixed. I need access to the Ledger in order to file my taxes.

I believe the problem has something to do with the security settings on your computer.
