LedgerLite - Latest Version 1.95.0.0 - The World's Simplest Accounting Software

The latest version of LedgerLite (1.95.0.0) can now be downloaded from www.ledgerlite.com

Changes include the following:

1. Filter, Forward and Back buttons added to Accounts, Cashbooks and Graph screens.

This allows you to adjust the viewing period with a single click forward or backward.  This is useful for example when reconciling bank statements to quickly switch months.

2. Find button on Accounts and Cashbooks screens now retains search text.

The search text no longer disappears when you click the Find button.  This allows you to see and edit text from the previous search.

3. Improved responsiveness on Accounts and Cashbooks screens.

Account balances are redrawn before the details grid.  This means you no longer have to wait a second or two before seeing the actual account balances.

4. Minor cosmetic improvements.

Apart from this you should notice very little difference from your existing version.  To get the updated version simply download the program file LedgerLite.EXE and use this to replace your existing one.  (Windows often hides the EXE extension.)

The new version will work fine with your existing LLD files but it is still advisable to back up first in case something goes wrong.  (With LedgerLite you should be making a regular backup anyway as nothing gets stored in the clouds!)
