Since the Seashepherd people have a base in Melbourne, they might get active, and "ram" the Shark Fin restaurants!!.... Let's hope they support us. I would also love to see the Foxes (Rodney and Andrew) join forces.

I am sending you this, and I ask you for your support. Here we have a chain of Chinese restaurants in Melbourne who advertise the sale of shark fin dishes by calling their restaurants - just that: Shark Fin Inn, Shark Fin House, etc.

Please approach the owner of these restaurants with a view of inducing them to stop selling shark fin soup.

Gentlemen:

To ask you to remove shark fin soup from your menu would probably amount to question your very right to exist or else to do business for a living given the name you have chosen for your restaurants in Melbourne.  

However, I'd like to know whether there is a chance that you would consider keeping the name of your four restaurants and at the same time demonstrate that you understand what is at stake and advise your guests that you won't serve the controversial soup for health reasons anymore?  Whose health?    -     The health of the oceans  and  the health of the consumers of shark fin soup.
