Dear ENCATC members, Dear colleagues,
ENCATC members and interested colleagues are warmly invited to join the next online session of the Working Group on Culture and Education, taking place on Thursday 11 June 2026, 15:00 to 16:30 CET.
Building on the conversations launched earlier this year, this session will share work in progress and emerging insights from the group’s ongoing exploration of the internationalisation of arts and cultural management education. It will also provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on and respond to initial themes arising from the process to date, including input gathered through recent discussions, interviews, and survey responses.
What will happen in this session?
The session is designed as an open and collegial working conversation. It will offer space to:
hear draft insights from the group’s current work,
reflect on how these resonate across different institutional and national contexts,
and contribute further perspectives, examples, and feedback that can help shape the final toolkit.
As with previous sessions, we welcome both returning participants and new members who would like to join the discussion. Diverse experiences and viewpoints are essential to ensuring that the toolkit is relevant, practical, and useful across contexts.
The Working Group is chaired by Gerald Lidstone, and forms part of ENCATC’s ongoing work on culture, education, and the role of internationalisation in strengthening learning, dialogue, and professional practice across the field.
