Map zoom problem in RS

Hi,

Im using RS 9.0. Its still working fine on maps, but it doesnt work on php8 so, I want to upgrade RS to higher version. I try demo v9.6 to 10.3 and see big problem with maps viewing. I can do zoom only to the country, region or some big cities. But I cant do zoom to see eg. streets, buildings etc. Whats the problem ? Do you have same ?
