Offline Jobs & CSV Upload

I have offline jobs configured in my root crontab:

php -f /var/www/html/resourcespace/pages/tools/offline_jobs.php -- --max-jobs 5

It's run flawlessly for months. A recent CSV upload made it through the check without errors and was put in the queue. offline_jobs.php ran last night but the job still shows as"In Progress."

When I run offline_jobs.php from the command line it simply exits with no output:

1491 sudo php -f /var/www/html/resourcespace/pages/tools/offline_jobs.php -- --clear-lock --job 131

This all seems to suggest that the CSV is at fault. It is 71000 lines long but we've made sure it's formatted as Text save for the RS ID. Any input as to where to look would be appreciated.
