I've installed 10.3 over a working 10.2 installation (only copied over my include and filestore), and now I'm getting the following error(s) in my apache2 error.log:

[Wed May 08 13:18:56.853999 2024] [php:error] [pid 960937] [client 127.0.0.1:43826] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error

It was running at a url, but I changed the baseurl to localhost:8080 during my troubleshooting. It didn't help, obviously.
I've tried everything that I can think of, and am now at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
~Fin

I put in a bug report, and they pointed out that we're not suppose to copy the whole include directory from the earlier version, but just the config.php file. After doing so, it still wouldn't work, but with different errors. However, copying config.default.php to config.php and then changing the mysql, baseurl, spiderpassword, scramblekeys, &c. in it to match the 10.2 config worked. I'm up and running now, but still having one issue that I'll post a new thread for.
tl;dr - RTFM
