Any suggestions?

I also have other similar problems with other paths for ffmpeg, exiftool, ghostscript fol example

d:/base/www/extra/ffmpeg/bin

and I receive error that path can't be found? I followed instruction, watched on '/? or '\' and still no luck.. I also tried 'C' instead of 'c'??

Please help me with this.

Cheers,
Adi

We don't use Windows but I recall some posts in the past that addressed this.  Have a look in the group archive and you might discover the answer. Sorry I can be of more help. The lead developers generally don't use Windows often or at all, honestly.

Speaking for Montala, we support several Windows installations and some of the code is developed on a Windows system, so we definitely use it.

The problem supporting Windows is that there are several versions that all work differently with respect to IIS, all with their own issues and workarounds, which makes for a significantly more problematic installation than on a Linux distro such as Ubunutu or Debian.

Hello Jeff,

Please note that when I have followed same procedure of installation on my Win 7 64bit laptop I didn't had any problems but now when I try on other Win7 32bit laptop then I get this error? Can I report this problem somewhere so someone from RS team could look it over? Perhaps recommend some solution.

This is great software and it's too bad these errors are making it almost unusable because if I can't install ImageMagick and can't see thumbnails which are very important component of this software, the that is not good at all..

Thanks,
Adi

There is another thread about fixing paths in Windows that addresses this issue, I believe. Have you looked?

Hi Jeff,

I really don't know where to start because 3666 topics and I can't get right search results and that is why I started this topic for which I truly hope that will also help some other users too. I have just tried by searching keywords 'fixing paths' but no luck.

Where is the other thread because I really can find it? It would help a lot!

Thanks,
Adi
