seems to be a wrong parameter in CLI command,
i try a simple:

 /usr/local/bin/convert '/mnt/shares/www/ResourceSpace/include/../filestore/2/9_3908dac01a06cbe/29_aa13736777a21c0.jpg' > /root/image.jpg

in terminal and it look great !

Have an idea ?

many thanks

Check out the output of the below command that will show the supported file formats of your imagemagick install. Maybe imagemagick was built without the jpeg libraries.

convert -version

Output could look like below:

Version: ImageMagick 7.0.8-49 Q16 x86_64 2019-06-17 https://imagemagick.org
Copyright: © 1999-2019 ImageMagick Studio LLC
License: https://imagemagick.org/script/license.php
Features: Cipher DPC HDRI OpenMP(4.5)
Delegates (built-in): bzlib djvu fftw fontconfig freetype heic jbig jng jpeg lcms lqr lzma openexr pangocairo png tiff wmf x xml zlib

Well done Reid !

it happens when you built a version with one tired eye ;-)
