Hello,

i´m using the "Fetch from local upload folder" function on a hosted
server.
Does anybody know what the above message mean and what i can do?

The problem is, that i want to import 3 files á 300MB and only one is
processed.
In the past we don´t had problems with this small count and size.

My Hosting Provider told me that the timeout is referable to the
Apache Timeout that is set to 150 seconds.
So the actual script does no output for over 150 seconds and that´s
the problem.
Do you use another setting for that?
My provider told me that i have to edit my scripts so that there is a
continuous output like i.e. a progress level.
i think i´m not clever enough for that.

but what me really wonder is that in the past we didn´t had this
problem.
any advice?

my provider increase the TimeOut to 450. Now it seems to work.
