Rename Image Size ID after-the-fact?

So I searched in the group, but didn't find anything that was quite what I needed...

Basically, I've revised one of the image sizes in RS and it's working great, but I'd like to rename the "ID" suffix from "scr" to "web" so that if anyone downloads the smaller size for use on our website, it'll already be named with "_web" so we can distinguish it from its higher-res "cousin".

But, for whatever reason, when I click the Edit link for that size, everything but the ID is editable. The ID is read-only. Is it possible to change that? Assuming it's a database thing, do any special pages/tools scripts need to be run afterward or anything, or will it just work going forward?
